Nano X v.2.2.9: Tezos Wallet Bluetooth not working properly

This was reported on v2.2.9, the version currently available in Ledger Live. v2.2.9 is v2.2.8, plus some adjustments to accommodate Ledger firmware 1.6.1 made by the Ledger team.

Issue: Nano X Bluetooth communication is not working.

To Reproduce: Attempt to use a Nano X device with the Ledger Live mobile app.

QA Note: The solution will have to be QAed by using a development Nano X device on mainnet with the Ledger Live app. Only development Nano X devices can sideload (i.e. load without Ledger Live) applications.

The Nano X version of this app available in Ledger Live has been rolled back to v2.2.5, the last version which was available in LL, until this is resolved.
