Issue with not catching recently added citations #151

I've just started setting up a workflow to write manuscripts in Obsidian with Zotero as my citation manager. To that end I've installed the Better BibTex plugin in Zotero, and Zotero Integration, Pandoc and Pandoc Reference List plugins to Obsidian.

Mostly, everything works great. I can look up and add citekeys which automatically display in the correct citation format, and show up in the Pandoc Reference List sidebar.

However if I add a new citation to Zotero, I can use Zotero integration to add it to my manuscript, but Pandoc Reference List cannot find it. This is the case whether it is pulling directly from Zotero, or from a BibTex bibliography file that Zotero keeps updated. Restarting both programs, power cycling the PC, switching between pulling the bibliography from a file and from Zotero do nothing. The only way to get it to recognise the new citation is disabling and re-enabling the plugin, or to toggle "pull bibliography from Zotero", but whether either of these work changes randomly.

It seems that the Pandoc Reference List plugin is only able to access the citations that are available when it is first enabled, and there's no setting related to that to change.
