- Use central-publishing-maven-plugin. - Remove distributionManagement, to prevent it from invalidly overriding the central-publishing-maven-plugin settings. - Update plugin versions and put them into variables. - Remove duplicate metadata - Remove config that was just a repetition of the default values - Use pluginManagement to prevent duplicate plugin configurations - Cleanup maven profiles - add gpg sign profile - remove no-tests and test profile - merge slow test profiles. Maven was unable to merge 2 excludedgroups. - Merge INSTALL into README.md and update. Signed-off-by: Peter Boden <[email protected]>
