Connect to database engine in object explorer hangs SSMS

If I attempt to connect to another database engine using Object Explorer when a SQL-Flex tab is open then SSMS hangs. I have left this for over an hour and it is still hung.
Workaround is to ensure that any SQL Flex tabs are closed BEFORE attempting to connect to another SQL Instance.

I will look into it. What version of SSMS do you have?

The problem occurs repeatedly with 2012.
I will soon install 2014, so I will try it with that when I can and let you know the outcome.

I was able to observe this once in my environment but it doesn't happen every time. I'll fix it if I can. Pull requests certainly accepted.

@tonybater If you feel comfortable compiling the plugin yourself, I believe this is corrected in the Fix33 branch. That branch also updates the project to .NET 4.5.
