Implementing whisper on android studio

Hello so sorry I know this may be a basic question but how do I make this work in my android studio? I'm trying to integrate this in my school-like app like canvas or google classroom. I already tried to clone the repository but I don't know what to do next. Can someone help me out?

I did check it out. These files are generated prior to building the Android client app. Is there a tutorial on how to generate the vocab filters bin file?
