Cursor location after surround

When using for instance

sr'`

( to replace ' with ` )

after the replacement the cursor is going to the far left of the surround. Could we get an option to change this behavior, so we have 3 options:

• put the cursor on the left of the surround
• put the cursor on the right of the surround
• put the cursor back where it was before the replacement operation
