Bitcoin Balance and Transaction Scan Wrong after Sending Bitcoin

I noticed that when deleting the app and reinstalling it, i got a higher balance on my bitcon wallet, that means that i queried more than before and somewhere must be a bug that it didnt do it before (so there must be a difference from first time scan to continious scan and i think the problem is that after SENDING bitcoin, it doesnt recognise the "utxo change" and therefore deducts more from the wallet that there has been actually sent (it need to re-add the part that is change moeny and returns to the wallet).

now after running a few more rounds, it actually changed it down again, so in general that must be checked and we need to understand where the synch errors originate
