DisplayName attribute for tests not return by adapter #183

NUnit 3.11.0
NUnit3TestAdapter 3.12.0
Looks like the DisplayName attribute is not being honored in the TestCase data being supplied by the vs adapter.
I captured the following showing DisplayName is the same as method name in the data being logged to the test platform in VS.
