Minor grammar and clarity improvements in Contribution Guide

I noticed a few small grammar and clarity issues in the
DISCOVER Cookbook Contribution Guide.

Examples include:

• A comma splice in the project background paragraph
• Minor consistency in project naming (DISCOVER Cookbook vs DISCOVER-Cookbook)
• Small readability improvements without changing meaning or policy

These are documentation-only changes and do not alter contribution
rules or workflow.

If this sounds acceptable, I’d be happy to submit a small PR
addressing them.

Issues Identified

I've reviewed README.md and found:

1. Comma splice (lines 11-12): Run-on sentence needs splitting
2. Awkward phrasing (line 18): "we feel free" → "feel free"
3. Inconsistent naming: "DISCOVER-cookbook" vs "DISCOVER-Cookbook"
4. Header capitalization: Inconsistent across sections

Proposed Changes

All documentation-only:

• Fix grammar errors
• Improve clarity
• Maintain consistent formatting
• Zero functionality changes
• Deployment Action badge
