feat: add saved channels management and wizard integration

Summary

• add saved channels CRUD and wizard integration for nullclaw channel validation
• keep saved channels visible when nullclaw is absent and surface autosave warnings in the wizard
• preserve existing secrets during channel edits and reject non-object channel configs at the API boundary
