Summary*
We previously duplicated the code to parse inputs from JSON as we didn't want to expose this from the
noirc_abicrate. This was supposed to be a short term measure but it's been like this for a number of months now.In order to avoid these diverging (they have in #3004), this PR switches us to use a single implementation.
