iojs.exe doesn't install

Why do I see this window when I attempt to install iojs.exe on Windows server? I expected it to run an installation wizard.

The installation wizard for Windows is the file that ends with .msi (showing for node, it's the same for iojs):

To expand only a tiny bit on @targos's answer: That screenshot looks like it's running iojs.exe and you are in the iojs/Node REPL. It looks like you are running iojs rather than running the iojs installer.

For the most part, there's no need to run iojs anymore since the iojs project merged with node and it's all called node now. To get the latest "iojs", just get the latest node (which is 4.1.1 as of this moment, but a new version is expected out literally any moment now).

https://iojs.org/en/ still doesn't mention anything about the merge. Maybe it could be updated.
