• Added npm scripts to simplify the bumping of versions significantly.
• Added documentation for bumping and releasing new versions.

Changed

• Updated documentation to reflect the current status:
  • Removed scripts that should not be used.
  • Removed mention of said scripts.
  • Reworked description of the project.
  • General Cleanup.
• Moved development documentation to another file.
• Added simple usage.
• Updated to new rust-version.
  This is a breaking change as there is a switch from the sled database to a sqlite database as backend for the key metadata storage!
  Databases of prior versions are not supported by this version.
