Could we get a "minimal" or "release" branch which contains essentially README / LICENSE and single_include/nlohmann/json.hpp (and perhaps also include/...)? This would allow a tiny shallow or single-branch checkout to track releases, rather than a (relatively slow) hundred-megabyte checkout or submodule.
