I' m already using this code successfully for dissecting lldp packet

Is there a way to add dhcp support and basic ip functionality on top ?

Any specific lib you woulds recomand that will get al0ong with yours ?

I'm guessing since you already configured the W5500 for low level strait data transfer , most of its core basic functionality are not available , therefore I would need to implement them from scratch or from a already made tcpip stack on the esp32 side
And need more esp32 horse power than the w5500 directly but would be feasible ?
Are my assumptions corrects ?

Yes, writing a fully functional TCP/IP stack would be a lot of work.
I think someone has got my code to work with LWIP.

What is the reason for not using the W5500's built-in TCP/IP stack?

Sorry, I was in the impression that is was not possible to use The W5500 built-in tcpip stack simultaneously to direct packet access that your library does

Just been double-checking the W5500 datasheet and yes, it says is possible to have Socket 0 configured to be in MACRAW, while using other sockets for TCP/IP.

The official Wiznet library supports this:
