opencode: init

Adding opencode theming using stylix.
This is based on the example nord theme from the website.

I was referring to #1945 (comment) and #1945 (comment). With #1945 (comment) resolved, I mean if my testing from #1945 (comment) is correct.

I just tested the change on my local system and it looks good to me!
