Description

As an intermediary step between the complete toy example of `myTool` and the very elaborate example of the fragpipe workflow, i'd suggest we have a more complete workflow/run example without the need for domain knowledge. A good candidate would be something like https://github.com/common-workflow-language/cwlprov/tree/main/examples/revsort-run-1 , where 2 workflows are executed, reversing and subsequent sorting lines in a text file.

Will add as part of the efforts of finally fleshing out the workflow/run part of the ARC scaffold specs.

I just haven't updated to align with spec in terms of proper file naming workflow.cwl + run.cwl + run.yml

@Brilator That is looking good as well, but does not combine multiple workflows, which is something we want to have as a test basis as well. Could do both though.
