[Bug]: Error message "Your local ARC is out of sync with a remote." #511

What happened?
ARCitect is constantly showing an error message:
Your local ARC is out of sync with a remote. You can pull or push changes in the DataHUB Sync view.
But I checked and my local and remote history is definitely synced.
