[Feature Request] Pre-Filter DataHub Account when adding remote

There are now lots of public groups on the DataHub which can be selected when adding a remote, but most of them are read-only for the general public. As the remote is automatically added when downloading/cloning an ARC, I think the use case for manually adding a remote will in 95% of cases be "I've made this ARC locally and want to upload it to the DataHub". I would thus suggest pre-filtering the list to those groups/accounts that you have write access to plus perhaps an option at the bottom (or a checkbox or something) which says "Also show accounts with read-only access".
