[Bug]: "Open Consol" opens Elements by default (on Windows)

What happened?

The recent feature to "Open Console" in the "Bugs & Support" view opens the "Elements" tab, not "Console" on Windows.
macOS works fine.

I don't have a windows system to debug this, but from what I'm gathering there is no way to control which tab is opened from the Developer tools in Electron (the relevant code section is:

ARCitect/packages/main/src/mainWindow.ts

Lines 151 to 154 in 42cc009

). Does ARCitect -> Toggle Developer Tools behave differently?

Ok, interesting. @SabrinaZander confirms that on her windows, the console opens.

@Thyra : Yes, you're right. I tested it. It opens the last opened tab of the console.
