Bot payload for reactions is missing object.name #17267

According to the docs:
object.name -> For normal written messages message, otherwise one of the known system message identifiers. Due to a bug this was set to an empty string for messages with attachments until Nextcloud 33 with Talk 23.
So I would expect to see object.name to be set to reaction when a reaction was added.
But currently:
