[Bug] Clicking on Quote during the call shows the dialog window

Should be a regression of #9897

Steps to reproduce

1. Join call
2. Find or create a reply to message
3. Click on Quote

Expected behaviour

Chat should be scrolled to quoted message

Actual behaviour

Click on "Leave call" won't close the session, but just scroll messages list to the quoted one. Stil, this is a bit disturbing

Note: Quote is wrapped with <a>, which changes page URL. Dialog window is also watching after it
