[Bug]: Delete permission is always disabled on files

Bug description

Delete permission is auto-disabled on files, and becomes grayed out randomly. Seems like a bug.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create user share on file
2. Observe

Expected behavior

Should not be showing. On mobile clients it is not showing.

Looks like a post on March 29 reflects the same or similar issue.

I suspect the intent and expected behavior is that it, delete for individual files, simply be grayed out, and never checked in the first place. An alternate design would be to not display the option at all in the case of an individual file, that is not a folder.

In either case, I think it would be good to reflect in the documentation the fact the delete option only applies to folder contents as a whole and is set on per folder basis, and can not be set on a per file basis. Though this might be thought to be common knowledge given the overall context, it might not be fully realized by all.
