[Bug]: List of uploaded files missing for file-request links

Bug description

Uploaded files are no longer listed for folders shared via external link with the type "file request"

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a public link for a folder and set type to "file request"
2. Open the link and upload a file
3. Uploaded files will not be listed

Expected behavior

A list of uploaded files should appear

When you upload a file through a "file request" share (file drop) you can see the file during upload but it then instantly disappears, leaving you unsure if it was successfully uploaded, and you have no help to remember which files have been uploaded so far (by the current session).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a file drop share
2. Navigate to its link
3. Upload a file

Observed result:
The file uploads but disappears instantly thereafter, triggering no notification about successful upload.

Expected result:
The file should stay in a list after being uploaded (as it did before) as well as probably triggering a toast in the corner that "file was uploaded successfully".

Nextcloud version: 31.0.4
Web browser does not seem to matter.

When the file upload completes quickly, for example when a small file is sent, the progress bar only flickers in and out, leaving users confused about what happened and if the upload was successful or not, since there's no notification or feedback displayed, either.

This can lead to users uploading the same files multiple times in the hope of ensuring the file was really sent successfully.
