[BITV]: Bug Users app: actions menu is broken

Bug description

Frontend of actions menu is broken if user (admin) tries to edit several users in "Users" app

Steps to reproduce

1. Open users app
2. Mark several rows to be edited
3. Open actions menu one after another

Expected behavior

Action menu is not broke
