Add ability to quickly create team resources from the team management UI

Once a team is created, it would be nice to have a way to directly add resources to it from the team UI.

Candidates:

• Team folder
• Team talk conversation
• Team Collective
• Team Calendar
• Team Deck board

We should not implement a "wizard" that requires users to add these resources upon creation because that would add unnecessary friction at creation time. Instead we could have shortcut buttons, much like the ones we have in text, that can show below the members or whichever content is present for a given team.

Here I'd think to just go simple: Similar to Files, just have a + New button with a dropdown with different options. That way, it'd be familiar and not dependent on what resources are already assigned to a team.

@kra-mo wouldn't it be nice in the case of not having resources assigned to the team to have a row with a few dedicated buttons and then maybe more actions collapsed into a menu? Something like:

I thought you meant to make them contextual to the individual type of resource, but I think I misunderstood then.

I can make a higher fidelity mockup for it fairly quick.

The Collective button should only appear if no collective exists for the Team already as 2 cannot exist at the same time.

For the behavior:

When clicking on a resource, a popover should appear. In it, an input with the default value of the Team's name:

One the user clicks ✅, the item should appear in the appropriate list below.
