Fix: typo in privacy-policy.js: duplicate “the” in meta description and subtitle

There is a typo in src/pages/privacy-policy.js on lines 15 and 19 where “the the” appears in both the meta description and the subtitle:

“Privacy policy of the the Neutralinojs website…”

This PR removes the duplicate word to improve readability and correctness.
