Adds support for the SCHEMA notification category and associated tests. The SCHEMA category is used for sending additional information about indexes and constraints.

Adds support for the SCHEMA notification category and associated tests. The SCHEMA category is used for sending additional information about indexes and constraints, and the driver will now be able to properly categorize notifications like that.
