prestashop install is currently using Classyshop, will test on the vanilla install I have too.

Everything works as normal with the plugin, however upon testing, I have noticed that the actual email from the contact form does not get sent anymore.

The "customer service" thread appears in the admin but no email to the admin mailbox.

I have verified this works without the plugin installed.

I've never had such return of issues.
Are you sure that the option to receive email is well enabled on the default contact form module ?
