Continue Work: Add "Features" Section to Landing Page and Update Navbar

I’m creating this new issue to continue working on the “Features” Section for the Personal Finance Tracker landing page.
I’ll make the necessary improvements to the UI and ensure the section fully meets the acceptance criteria under the current theme.
Once assigned, I’ll push the updated changes..

Please take a look at the current design of Feature window ..
let me know how it looks — is it aligned with your vision, or would you like me to make any changes or improvements (colors, spacing, layout, etc.) before I proceed further? and

when a user clicks on a feature card, it displays detailed info (for example, the “Reports & Charts” card shows the additional description)....please check the updated design and interaction once. Let me know if you’d like any changes in layout, color, or click behavior before I move forward...

Thanks for the feedback! ..i'll work on enhancing the features section UI based on the latest UI/UX trends.....i'll share 2–3 design variations soon!
