Need a "Scan for Changes" Button for Knowledge Base #524

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Not a problem but just a delay for the system to recognize addition, movement, etc. of a file within a directory structure of the knowledge base.
Describe the solution you'd like
A button either in the Documents level, or at the top level of a folder to be able to scan for changes now. This would facilitate the ability to thell the software when things changed if you do not have the time to wait for a re-index and would like to use the files added as soon as possible.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Waiting for the system to start its monitoring process ona a timed interfaval.
