Could not generate catalog as described in Quickstart

On Quickstart page, storing & loading pre-made script stops after downloading & storingDAT_ASCII_EURUSD_T_202001.csv.gz file because of a reason I couldn't understand. That's why load_fx_hist_data function did not run and I couldn't setup my environment for some time and needed some mambo-jambo to understand the issue.

I simulated/converted the code in hist_data_to_catalog in my local environment and managed to fix the issue.

Environment:

• No Docker
• Active uv venv
• No Jupyter installed
• Run main.py from terminal, project root
