Needed to perform connected components and to constrain the resulting label image.
Simply use a threshold with no other constraints.

Added PR ( #199 ) to move forward on a slimmed down and refreshed proposal to update postprocessing. Will leave this open for now in case more parts need to be pulled out, but have removed it from the milestone and added the new PR in its place. |

Total rewrite of post-processing to be incredibly minimal and make use of Dask.
