Serial Store and Write not working as expected

Write and Store operations do not perform as described on the API.

Detailed repro steps so we can see the same problem

1. Run serial sample.

2. Output is garbled and starts when calling Write instead of Store.

• Also issues about using COM2 and 3 which conflicts with usage of flash and PSRAM.
