• MSI Installer now has UI

• The Visual Studio 2012–2015 requirement for the MSI installer has been removed. You can now install the MSI even if only Visual Studio 2005–2010 is installed or none at all. However, project templates are still available only for 2012–2015.

• .vsix is for VS2017

• .msi is for VS2005 - 2015
