Turning off 'Play' for tremolos on tied notes makes them play back as if they are untied

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Add two notes in different measures and tie them.
2. Add tremolo to the first note or to both.
3. Select the tremolos and, in the Properties panel, uncheck play option, as shown in the image.

5. Play the notes, you would listen two beats instead of one, listen to this audio:
