Feature request: option to adjust global tuning in Hz

There is a request to add an option to adjust the global tuning / pitch for playback in Hz (for example, for old music). In MuseScore 3, this was possible using the Synthesizer panel, which does not exist anymore.

As a workaround, one can select all notes and adjust the tuning for each note individually, but this needs to be re-done for every newly added note, so is not considered a worthy alternative.
