This PR adds somewhat of a slight design refresh to the blog post. The main visual change is the "hero section" where the feature posts now overlap with the header instead of being inside it. That adds a nice visual hierarchy and makes them stand out a bit more. Aside from this, there are plenty of little tweaks as well as an increased number of posts that appear in the list (from 5 to 7), so the pagination gets a bit smaller, and folks can get more content quicker without going to another page.
