Description

This pull request adds a new model configuration and updates the gallery index to include it. The most important changes include adding a new model entry to the gallery/index.yaml file and creating a new configuration file for the model.

Updates to gallery index:

• gallery/index.yaml: Added a new model entry for localai-functioncall-qwen2.5-7b-v0.5 with relevant metadata and file details.

New configuration file:

• gallery/qwen-fcall.yaml: Created a new configuration file for the qwen-fcall model, including settings for memory mapping, function call handling, and chat message templates.
