Sorry accidentally pushed the webgpu example page on this branch - Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with transmission/cutout when animating so I've opened a separate issue for this (I think it's unrelated to the PR here). The webgpu example is not part of this PR. Besides that I've updated this PR to |

This PR adds a KHR animation pointer example page.

KHR animation pointer has been in production at Needle for over two years. We'd love this feature to make this feature available to all three users (and would also be happy to add support to core three if there's interest). In the meantime the three-animation-pointer package can be used. Users can simply add the GLTFLoader plugin to enable it.
