🔬 About Me

I am a PhD Candidate at the University of Würzburg, bridging the gap between wet-lab biology and computational analysis. My research focuses on metastasis and therapy resistance in breast cancer and multiple myeloma.

I specialize in handling raw sequencing data and developing analysis pipelines for:

  • 🧬 Single-cell RNA Sequencing (scRNA-seq)
  • 🌌 Spatial Transcriptomics
  • 🧪 Bulk RNA-seq & Metabolomics

🛠 Tools & Languages

I analyze biological data using a mix of statistical programming and shell scripting.

R Python Bash Linux

📚 Selected Publications

  • Immunity (2025): A TLR4-dependent fibroblast-monocyte axis in tumor-draining lymph nodes contributes to metastasis in triple-negative breast cancer.
  • Blood (2024): Spatial transcriptomics reveals profound subclonal heterogeneity and T-cell dysfunction in extramedullary myeloma.
  • Stem Cell Reports (2024): Spatial transcriptomics reveals molecular cues underlying the site specificity of the adult mouse oral mucosa.

⚡ Awards & Achievements

  • 🏆 MSNZ Postdoctoral Fellowship (2026)
  • 🏆 Abstract Achievement Award, ASH Annual Meeting (2022)
