Error 500 - Unable to download .smi files contained within a ZIP folder when downloading Korean subtitles.

Both automatic and manual download are unable to fetch Korean .smi subtitle files when they are archived in a ZIP folder.

Bazarr rely on pysubs2 module to parse subtitles files. We currently have the version 1.7.3 vendored in our release because it's the last version that support Python 3.8 but unfortunately doesn't support SMI format yet. The version 1.8.0 bring that support but drop support for Python 3.8. Since we drop support for Python 3.8 in Bazarr v1.6.0, we'll upgrade to this version of pysubs2 and it should fix this issue.

In the meantime, I'm going to assign this issue to myself to keep track of it.
