Docstrings in Python

Hey,
I don't know how feasible this is, but I'd love it if the docstring could be displayed. Makes it a lot less bothersome to code, since otherwise I have to go back up and look at what order which parameters are handed to the functions, etc....

I'd code in a "proper" ide, but none of them run on my tablet xD So, this plugin is already awesome, I'd just love this feature, if it's possible.
