Algolia search results links are messed up after the entire archive is clickable #1903

Hey!
I believe that there is a problem in the Algolia search results after commit c801107
Basically if the result has a link, entire result links to that link instead to the post/page link. You can check it in the minimal mistakes web. I notice today in my web and I thought it was something related to my tweaking of your template but I've notice that also happens in your web.
If you want to reproduce the behavior just search something in Minimal Mistakes site and hover the mouse (or even better, click on) over a result with a link on the text. You'll notice that the entire result is going to link to that link instead to the post containing that link.
I don't think this is the expected result.
For now, I've reverted that commit.
