Whilst testing my other PRs, I noticed that the
TiktokFollowingExtractorhad broken. We only care about thewebapp.app-contextobject for this extractor anyway, so I've opted to extract it directly using_extract_rehydration_datainstead of via_extract_rehydration_data_user.
