ahottie gallery extractor bug

Te ahottie gallery extractor only fetches the first web page's images and does not loop through the pages. Forcing a new page number does nothing.

In second run, even when specifying page=2, it makes no difference it just skips downloading the first pages images so it looks like url alone is not enough. Unable to download the whole gallery.

Steps to reproduce:

1. open up a gallery in browser to see
2. use gallery-dl to get the album
3. observe command stops fetching but fetches first page images (even though there are more pages)
4. in browser choose second page and navigate to it
5. confirm in browser the new images load
6. rerun the command with the new page url
7. Observe gallery-dl does not pickup any new images
8. specifying the whole gallery or even specifying an individual page number does not result in getting new images it will always get only page 1 of any gallery (which looks like the first 10 images of any album)

This has already been reported in #8862 and fixed in 18b4c67

I am sorry i did not search issues with filters off can confirm it works by patching the extractor file.
