[ImageTwist] multiple pages unsupported

Hi,

First, thank you sooooo much for this great tool 😄

It works like a charm, but when the gallery has multiple pages, it download just the 1st page.

I was like "ok, no problem, let's just add the next pages URLs", but then I got an error, on "multi-page mode" their URLs change a bit:

[gallery-dl][error] Unsupported URL 'https://imagetwist.com/?per_page=40&usr_login=xxxxxx&op=user_public&fld_id=xxxxxxx&page=2
