[TikTok] "archive" skips video after downloading cover

archive doesn't seem to be able to differentiate cover from video as they share the same ID.

I just created #8805 that should address this as a side effect.

In the meantime, you should be able to change extractors.tiktok.archive-format in your configuration.
If you do not use this key yet, I recommend the following:

This is the default archive-format for the tiktok extractor with the cover ID appended when it is set.
Your video files will still generate the same keys as before, but covers create a separate entry that only applies to them.

Please be aware that if you already have collisions in your DB, you will not be able to download the video files until you fix those archive entries.

I just had a closer look at 2a342e4 to test it together with my PR #8805, and I noticed that with the merge of img_id and audio_id into the common file_id the video files now also have a file_id.
This changes the format of the archive entries for all videos and possibly causes re-downloads when the filenames change too. For the default filename, this would be the case, since it does include {file_id:? [/]/}. I guess that also is what's happening in #8825.
