Tapas.io auth support broken (403).

I think there is an auth problem with tapas.io. Series from the community section downloads perfectly, however series that have any sort of auth work needed in place, eg Wait Until Free, Unlocked, etc. seems to not download. I have tried both using cookies from browser and using username/password combination. When downloading, it seems to correctly identify an episode, but when downloading the individual images, only 403's are responded.

The problem seems to be that gallery-dl uses the image URLs unchanged and doesn't remove HTML escapes like &, making their HMAC signature invalid.
