[Newgrounds] Successfull even though site gave 403 and returned nothing

When trying to download content that requires a login, but gallery-dl is not successfully authenticated, the page will return a 403. Regardless, gallery-dl just counts 0 new files and exits successfully. I'd like this to raise a download failed error.

You can use actions to "react" to logging messages and, for example, adjust the exit status code.

That's smart, I was trying to figure out if there were any extractor options like retry codes that could do this, but I didn't think about actions! I'll have to figure out how those work.

Does what I need, not sure if gallery-dl shouldn't still detect an error in this case, so I'll leave it up to you whether to close this or not.
